 MIND: REST YOUR MIND AND COME PRESENT

There is much to do in this fast-paced world and pulled into too many directions. It’s easy to default into “shoulds”, stress, and overwhelm. The mind starts to quicken and go on relentless pursuits. Learn gentle and soothing ways to redirect the mind and emotions so you experience greater harmony and balance. Incorporate 1 to 5-minute methods to slow down, relax the mind, and come present as needed throughout the day. When you come present, all is well and all is good.

  • What you want matters! Begin your health and fitness journey with the end in mind.

  • Set clear and positive intentions and take small actionable steps everyday toward your intentions.

  • Participate in a flexible morning routine that allows you to take care of yourself first so you can share with others from your overflow.

  • Develop self-trust by showing up and keeping agreements with yourself. You can do it!

  • Take care of yourself unconditionally. No more waiting around for everything to be perfect for you to start living your life. Your time is NOW!

  • Reframe stress. Not all stress is bad. Healthy stress can promote growth and resilience. Identify the good and bad stressors.

  • Feel your feelings. Acknowledge them. Yes, really. Don’t just push them away. They come to serve. Learn how to work with them.

  • Focus on what is in your circle of influence, and learn how to let go of situations that are not. Knowing this will allow you to invest more fully into yourself.

  • What you think matters! Identify limiting beliefs that hold you back and transform them into positive affirmations to support the life you yearn for.

  • Sacrifice distractions and self-defeating behaviors. Say YES to you, and NO to things that don’t work.

  • Connect with your joy and incorporate it in your everyday. Don’t allow anyone, anything or any situation keep you from your peace and joy.
