BODY: ENGAGE THE SENSES AND ENJOY BEING IN YOUR BODY

We are busy and over-scheduled, awash in sensory and information input. Learn to reset yourself through active resting and movement methods. Receive fun and easy-to-do customized exercise programs for the physical and spiritual hearts. They will keep you limber, strong, and feeling great inside and out.

  • Allow the body to express. Release tensions and kinks with gentle, satisfying, and fluid movements.

  • There’s nothing more grand than sunlight, fresh air, and being in nature. Incorporate ways to exercise, work, eat, and relax outdoors.

  • Learn ways to attune into your body’s wisdom and let it guide you to move, rest, and do what works best for you.

  • Set yourself up for a restful and regenerative sleep. What you do during the day matters. Promote a healthy circadian rhythm that will promote alertness and energy in the daytime and a natural winding down process in the nighttime. Some say our eyes are windows to our soul. Neuroscientists say that our eyes are windows to our brain. Safely expose yourself to natural sunlight in the daytime (never look directly into the sun no matter what, even if there is an overcast or clouds in front of it) and remember to expose yourself to darkness at nighttimes. Limit bright light, especially blue light in the evening especially between 10 pm and 4 am and earlier dinner time to promote a restful sleep. These strategies will make a positive impact on your sleep as well as your general health and well-being.

  • Learn quick & easy 3 to 5-minute exercise routines to release emotions, for greater circulation, and have more energy in real time.

  • Learn quick & easy 5-minute active rest methods to recharge and reset, anytime, anywhere in real time.

  • Set-up exercise and rest stations at home/office. Set-up a conscious eating and hydration plan that will keep you focused, balanced, and energized.

  • Incorporate nose breathing (vs. mouth breathing) when resting, working, exercising, or sleeping. Simple but powerful habits for greater health and well-being.

  • Be luxurious and kind to your body, you and your body deserve it.
